Class Structure

The sessions won’t solely consist of a group run for an hour since effective coaching and learning would be limited under those circumstances. Instead, it's a well-rounded approach to learning and practicing running techniques. Each topic we cover will follow a logical flow, and I will provide drills for you to practice on your own.

The running portion will be kept moderate, with a limit of 1 mile per class, ensuring a balanced emphasis on both learning and physical activity without overexertion. Your safety and well-being are my top priorities, so please feel free to communicate any concerns about the intensity or duration of the exercises. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
